Miller blow for Owls

Sheffield Wednesday will be without midfielder Tommy Miller for their home clash with Yeovil. But new signing Mark Reynolds could be in contention for his debut following his permanent switch from Motherwell last week. The central defender was not included in the Owls' squad in Saturday's defeat at Leyton Orient, but striker Gary Madine made his debut and is hoping to retain his place after coming off at half-time. Miller sustained a hamstring injury on Saturday and was replaced by Jermaine Johnson just before the hour-mark. Johnson is expected to start against Yeovil, but Darren Potter, an unused substitute in Saturday's 4-0 defeat, provides manager Alan Irvine with another option. The Owls are still without versatile defender Lewis Buxton, still struggling with a hamstring problem, while full-back Jon Otsemobor remains sidelined due to a calf injury.
