McAuley to shuffle his pack
The Owls, who lost 2-0 at home to Swansea last weekend, are languishing in the relegation zone.[LNB]But McAuley will not rush his any decisions over exactly what changes will be made against the Championship leaders.[LNB]He told Wednesday Player: "Players will be picked on merit but also on what we think the team needs in that individual game.[LNB]"But there will be changes because my reason behind not making changes (against Swansea) was more of a long-term view.[LNB]"It's important that the players are in a good place psychologically and now I hope for a lift in performance from the players who are coming in against Newcastle."[LNB][LNB]
