Laws working on confidence

The Owls face Reading at Hillsborough on Saturday, still reeling from their thumping 4-0 defeat at home to West Brom last weekend.[LNB]Yet Laws retains his faith in their ability and is encouraging them to continue believing in themselves.[LNB]"We're focusing this week on the confidence side of things," he told the Sheffield Star.[LNB]"The players' ability and fitness is not in doubt. Generally speaking, we have been playing well but not getting the right results, then all of a sudden on Saturday we had a really poor game when we got beaten by a better side, and players lost a bit of confidence.[LNB]"You can't inject confidence into someone's arm, or flick a switch for it to come back on: it has to be worked on. We're building them up again, and we all know how important this game is."[LNB][LNB]
