Laws takes comfort from home record

The Owls have the best goals against record in the Championship this season, conceding only 14, but Laws reminded his squad they had also let in more than any other side on their travels.[LNB]Laws said: "The majority of your supporters are your home supporters and we've given them a terrific season at home to finish with the best defensive record.[LNB]"Our goals against has been fantastic and great credit to the players. However, talk about chalk and cheese, we've got the worst away from home so I've got a lot of things I can work on for next season.[LNB]"But I've got to take the plus side and it was a plus against Cardiff. Not only that, the supporters have gone away with a smile on their faces knowing we've got a couple of months break.[LNB]"They'll have good positive thoughts in their minds to want to come back and see us again. With good acquisitions this summer maybe we might be talking about cementing our place in the play-offs in our last game of the season."[LNB][LNB]
