Laws set to shuffle Owls pack
Laws made several changes for the 3-0 win over Rochdale in the previous round and is keen to utilise his squad once again.
"We don't have a massive squad but we do have a good quality squad; that was proved against Rochdale and I expect the same against Port Vale," said Laws.
Striker Akpo Sodje was an unused substitute against Scunthorpe at the weekend after recovering from a groin injury and will hope to make his first appearance of the season.
Fellow frontman Luke Varney, on loan from Derby, will miss out as he is cup-tied.
