Laws relishing tricky schedule
The Owls were held 1-1 at home against Nottingham Forest on Saturday and play Middlesbrough on Tuesday before taking on Sheffield United in the season's first Steel City derby at Bramall Lane on Friday evening.
Laws said: "This was always going to be a test for us, these three games. There's no complaints from us because it's the same for the opposition, we've all got to deal with it.
"But it will always test us and come the end of the week we'll know where we are and what we can achieve this season.
"That's how important these three games are."
