Laws: Everyone feeling the heat
Laws acknowledged his players are desperately short on confidence after losing their last four home league games. Defeat to Reading has left them fourth from bottom in the table, one point off the relegation zone.[LNB]He said: "My first thought is of disappointment and we're shot of confidence at the moment. The players are out there doing their best to perform but because the confidence is low Reading were looking to prey on that.[LNB]"The defeat came through a lack of confidence. We were doing the simple things wrong, making bad choices, but I've said to the players the only way to get out of that is to work through it and that's what we'll all do."[LNB]Laws added: "Of course everyone feels the pressure. The players, the coaching staff, everyone at the club, but it's only ourselves who can turn this around and I'm confident we will do that."[LNB][LNB]
