Jones keen to play

Sheffield Wednesday defender Rob Jones is desperate to get back into action following a bout of concussion. Jones, on loan from Scunthorpe, has looked solid in his three appearances for the Hillsborough club so far. He said: "I don't like watching football matches. I came here on loan with a view to playing and that's what I want to do. "I've enjoyed my time here so far. Obviously my head injury has disrupted things somewhat but I'm thoroughly enjoying playing for this football club. "The facilities here are fantastic and you'll struggle to find a better place to play your football than here. The supporters are terrific and combine that with the history this club has, it's got everything going for it and I'm just delighted to be here." Jones, who was named the supporters' player of the month for March, hopes to return at home to Hartlepool on Saturday.
