Irvine sets win target

Alan Irvine has targeted five more league wins in order to guarantee Sheffield Wednesday Championship football next season. Owls manager Irvine saw his side turn in another improved performance, but a 1-0 defeat at West Brom has left them in the bottom three with 11 games left to play. Irvine said: "The players are low at the moment as they felt they worked hard enough to get something against Albion. But at the end of the day if we win five more games we will be fine. "I keep on saying it doesn't matter what everyone else is doing. Not everyone can get 53, 54 points. So I'm not really too concerned about what is happening in the table. "It would be freakish if everybody does get that number, so I'm just focusing on us winning enough games."
