Irvine looking at Moke

Sheffield Wednesday boss Alan Irvine is monitoring the progress of trialist Adriano Moke after the youngster made an impressive start to the npower League One side's pre-season campaign. Moke was given a run-out for a Sheffield Wednesday XI against Stocksbridge Park Steels on Tuesday after Giles Coke pulled out through injury. Irvine was watching another representative Wednesday side thrash Hallam FC on the same night, but received positive reports about the 20-year-old winger. He told the club's official website: "Adriano is a product of the Glenn Hoddle Academy and we're taking a look at him. "I was at Hallam FC on Tuesday, but I am told that he did well against Stocksbridge, so we'll continue to see what he can do."
