Irvine grateful for double boost

Sheffield Wednesday manager Alan Irvine has welcomed the timely return of both Jermaine Johnson and Lewis Buxton from injury. Irvine, who has targeted at least two more league wins to guarantee his side's safety, is preparing for two games in three days over the Easter holiday - at QPR on Saturday and against Bristol City at Hillsborough on Monday. Irvine said: "It's certainly good news on the fitness front because we need as many players available as possible for the busy Easter period. "Obviously, we've had plenty of time to prepare for the QPR game, but Bristol City on Easter Monday is such a quick turnaround that you can't do the preparation on the training ground that you need. "Allied to that, you're trying to recover from the previous game, but it's the same for everybody and we're not at a disadvantage." Winger Johnson has missed the last three matches due to a hamstring strain, while defender Buxton has been sidelined sine the end of January with a similar problem.
