Hinds put a six-month layoff due to a fractured leg and ankle damage behind him and made his return against Barnsley on Tuesday.[LNB]But with his contract set to expire in the summer, Hinds is keen to make up for lost time and secure his long-term future with his boyhood club.[LNB]He told the Sheffield Star: "We haven't talked about a new deal yet; it was all about me getting back, first; that's been my main goal.[LNB]"Now it's a case of looking towards the next goal and seeing what happens. I'd love to stay. It's a fantastic club. When you're playing in big games with the crowd behind you, that's what it's all about. .[LNB]"I'm playing for the club I love. I think any footballer would want to play for the club he has always supported - I've been fortunate. I want it to continue for as long as possible."[LNB][LNB]
