Grant set for Burnley move

Burnley have agreed a fee with Sheffield Wednesday for goalkeeper Lee Grant. The 27-year-old will now discuss personal terms with Clarets manager Brian Laws, who was also his boss at Hillsborough, early next week. The fee, Burnley's fourth offer for the player, is undisclosed but is believed to be in the region of £1million. Wednesday have made eight summer signings ahead of the League One season but have finally bowed to pressure and decided to cash in on Grant. The Owls were hit with a winding-up order over outstanding tax debts last week.
