White, 22 becomes Nigel Clough's first signing sincer he took charge of the club last week and the youngster may make his debut at Shrewsbury Town this Saturday.
On this signing Clough told sufc.co.uk; "We have a heavy programme ahead, especially with the FA Cup, and someone like Aidy will give us another option and that bit of extra quality."
