Former Sheffield United and Everton coach David Weir may look to seek new opportunities in North America as he seeks new employment. Weir, 43 was dismissed of his managerial duties at Sheffield United after only six months in charge of the Bramall Lane club having left his coaching position at Goodison Park to join the Blades.He has told Scottish newspaper The Scotsman that he is quite prepared to move to America should an employment opportunity come along;"if the right opportunity came up, I'd go tomorrow. The MLS is expanding and the leagues below have expanded. It's already a really good league and it will get even better," he told The Scotsman. "It has the potential to be one of the best leagues in the world one day."
