Ward salutes Blackwell approach
The 23-year-old was used sparingly by Blackwell following his £333,000 transfer from Chesterfield in January, but has featured more prominently in the first team this season, despite a spell on the sidelines due to a torn hamstring and broken wrist.[LNB]Ward said: "I feel really settled at the moment and I appreciate the way the gaffer gradually introduced me last season.
