Spurs signed the highly-rated defender from the Blades last summer before immediately allowing him to return to Bramall Lane on a season-long loan deal.[LNB]The Premier League club have been monitoring his progress closely and decided just before Monday's transfer deadline to recall him.[LNB]Sheffield United officials tried to dissuade Tottenham but were unsuccessful and they must now cope without Walker.[LNB]Blades manager Kevin Blackwell still has options at right-back for the Championship clash with Watford on Tuesday.[LNB]Derek Geary could replace Walker or Nyron Nosworthy might come in for his debut after arriving on loan from Sunderland.[LNB]Walker, meanwhile, will be determined to make an impact at White Hart Lane after gaining further experience with Sheffield United over the past few months.[LNB]Harry Redknapp has loaned out Alan Hutton and Kyle Naughton over the past couple of days so Walker is set to provide the main cover for first-choice Vedran Corluka.[LNB][LNB]
