This Saturday's npower Championship clash with Reading at Bramall Lane is at risk of being postponed due to the heavy downfall of snow which has gripped the nation. Over the next few days - up to and including Saturday temperatures are likely to be in the minus Celsius and more snow to follow over the next few days. However, Friday has a good outlook with sunshine throughout the day but snow is set to fall yet again on Saturday. No doubt Sheffield United will have it's under soil heating in place but many fixtures which are postponed are due to the surrounding area's with roads being unsafe to use.A message on the official website has stated that today; Wednesday 1st December 2010 Bramall Lane and the academy (at Shirecliffe) has shut up shop for the day due to the weather, though tickets for this weekend's fixture with Reading can be bought via the internet.Officially this game is still set to go ahead but don't be surprised if it is called off on Saturday morning.
