According to the Scottish Sun newspaper Murphy, 23 is set to travel to Bramall Lane to hold talks and is expected to sign a deal to become a Sheffield United player. It's also understood that despite the transfer window opening its doors tomorrow due to the FA office being closed he will not be able to sign in time to face Doncaster Rovers at the Keepmoat Stadium and will instead face Celtic on Wednesday before leaving Fir Park.
He has netted ten in twenty-one appearances for Stuart McCall's Well to date this season.
