Little happy with Blades contribution

Little, 33, spent pre-season with the Blades and signed a one-year deal in August, but the former Burnley, Portsmouth and Reading midfielder has made only three appearances for Blackwell's side. Little, who played a key role in two goals in the midweek draw with Ipswich, said: "It's a long season, the gaffer has told me that he will use me sparingly and I probably only have a couple of seasons left in me. "I know I won't be getting up and down the wing for 40-odd games. I'm at that age where I can influence a game for a certain period of time and that's what the gaffer wants from me." He added: "The other night I helped set up a couple of goals for the team to get back into the game and I was happy with my contribution, hopefully I can do more as the season goes on."
