Killa warning over new Blades deal

United are keen for the centre-half to extend his current contract, but are yet to reach an agreement. The 25-year-old has not ruled out the possibility of prolonging his association with the Blades, but insists he will not commit until he is happy with what is on offer. The former Leeds defender was voted United's Player of the Season last term and feels he has done enough to warrant an improved deal. "I want this to be the right contract for me, because I'm now 25," said Kilgallon. "I think I've done well enough to deserve one." Kilgallon moved to Bramall Lane in January 2007 and has become an integral part of Kevin Blackwell's first-team plans. He had hinted over the summer that he was prepared to sign a new contract, in the wake of reported interest from Premier League clubs, but has yet to put pen to paper.
