The Stoke defender still has six weeks of his loan to run but could be forced to return early to the Britannia Stadium if Blackwell's worst fears about the severity of a hip injury sustained in Monday night's 2-2 draw at Barnsley are confirmed.[LNB]Blackwell said: "Davies' hip injury could be a four-to-six weeks job. If that is the case he would go back to Stoke and finish here because his loan has only five weeks left."[LNB]Davies, 24, arrived at Bramall Lane in mid-September and has made five starts and one substitute appearance for Blackwell's side.[LNB][LNB][LNB]
