Cotterill targets start for Wales

Cotterill, who is looking to secure promotion to the Premier League with the Blades, hopes he has done enough to impress Wales coach John Toshack ahead of Saturday's World Cup qualifier.[LNB]He told The Star: "There is competition for the second striker's role against Finland.[LNB]"A lot of the lads are playing week in and week out now, including me, but I'm not the only one in the squad who thinks he should play.[LNB]"But whatever the manager decides, I'm sure his decision will be right for the team.[LNB]"I've waited a long time for a first international goal and it would be nice to get off the mark now, if I am selected or if I come into the game off the bench."[LNB][LNB]
