Captain likely to miss rest of season!

Rumours are rife that Sheffield United captain Chris Morgan will be out for the remainder of this season! As if Sheffield United's season couldn't get any worse! The official website last night (Monday night) reported that Morgan has had a scan on a knee injury he suffered in Saturday's home loss to Coventry City. The extent of the injury, and the length of time he's likely to be out are not official yet, but it's rumoured that the skipper could miss the rest of this campaign! The 32-year-old has damaged ligaments in the joints of his knee, and only just returned to action after a hamstring injury. It is expected that the results will be officially released today (Tuesday), but the signs don't look good. What a major blow to Gary Speed's plans this would be if the rumours prove to be correct.
