Boss fine with Halford reaction

Defender Halford, on loan until the end of the season from Sunderland, was sacrificed for striker Jamie Ward by Blades boss Blackwell after Cardiff pair Gabor Gyepes and Ross McCormack had been sent off and took out his frustration on the dug out. Blackwell said: "We wanted to put more pressure on Cardiff, pin them in by putting another forward on. "We were very mindful that Greg had picked up a booking and when I explained the situation to him afterwards he accepted it and apologised for banging the dug out - he understands. "Why should I be bothered about his reaction? I want passion from the players."
