The Blades and the Brewers were both drawn together to face each other in the Round One of the Capital (League) Cup and with Euro 2012 taking place the regular domestic season will start a week later on 18th August. With this in mind the Football League would allow clubs to play their ties on the Saturday if submitted - we believe this could be the first time United have in played this competition on a weekend.
