The Blades have had to contend with several injuries this season and McCabe is working hard to ensure Kevin Blackwell has some funds to strengthen his squad.[LNB]However, McCabe admitted the current financial climate is making it more difficult to find new investment.[LNB]"We are still in the process of looking to find partners who follow our vision for the future of the club and recognise the business model we have created, so the search continues." McCabe stated on the club's official website.[LNB]"I'd like to think something can happen but my reservation is that we are in a crazy world at the moment where a recession has hit. That makes it more difficult than if it was normal circumstances, although I am optimistic."[LNB]On the January transfer window, McCabe added: "We are working hard to procure finance to accommodate the transfer window. The banks are in disarray so that is a dilemma affecting a number of clubs at present."[LNB][LNB]
