The 27-year-old is preparing to face Burnley at Wembley on Monday, six years after suffering a 3-0 final defeat by Wolves. He told the club's official website: "I remember we were so devastated after the game and I never want that to happen again. "It is in the past now but I want to take that feeling and experience into the game on Monday. Unfortunately someone has got to lose these games as well as win and I want to experience what it's like to be on the winning side. "The build-up has been good, we have been on form in the semi-finals and we can take that on to Wembley. "It's been a long, hard season but we don't mind it going on a little longer because we know what the reward is."
