Blades Capture Blues Striker
Sheffield United has completed the permanent signing of Chelsea striker Danny Philliskirk after a successful loan period with the Blades last season. Whilst on loan at Bramall Lane Philliskirk, 20 played in just three first team games – all appearing as a substitute in fixtures against Preston North End (1-3), Bristol City (3-2) and on the final day of the season at Swansea City (0-4). He joins Sheffield United on the opening of the transfer window, signing a one year deal.
