The 24-year-old defender opened the scoring for the Blades in the seventh minute, before switching to centre-back to cover for injured skipper Chris Morgan, and Blackwell believes a confidence boost can set him on track for a highly successful career.[LNB]"When Greg gets his mind right, he's a good player as he showed against Hull. He has all the tools and potential but sometimes a player has to wake up and appreciate what they have got," Blackwell told the club's official site.[LNB]"We had to rebuild his confidence here.
