Blackwell: We'll cope with pressure

The Blades are preparing for the first leg of their semi-final clash at Deepdale after finishing third in the table, missing out on automatic promotion on the final day of the regular season. Blackwell said: "We've always responded well to challenges this season and we'll be no different this time. "What pleases me is that we have a squad with a lot of young players who are coping with pressure, including the fact that we got some bad decisions on what could have been a crucial day at Palace last Sunday. "I'm aware that some people have the perception that the team finishing third often fails in the play-offs, so we will have to break that." Blackwell added: "We've been consistent all season and proved that we can maintain our own momentum. Getting to the play-offs takes a lot of work - 46 games - and we have to go there and make sure that we're in a position to get through in the second leg."
