Sheffield United manager Micky Adams refuses to let heads drop at Bramall Lane as his run without a win in charge stretched to 10 matches. The Blades went down 1-0 on Saturday at relegation rivals Crystal Palace, who have now moved four points clear of Adams' side, one place above them in the table with 14 npower Championship games remaining. Adams said: "There were some heads lowered in the dressing room after the game on Saturday, but we can't feel sorry for ourselves, because that's the worst thing you can do in football." The former Port Vale, Leicester and Coventry manager added: "It hurts more to lose when I'm managing the club I supported. "But it's true that when you lose you want to play again as soon as possible to put it right so now we go to Scunthorpe on Tuesday with renewed determination."
