Adams puts faith in youth

Sheffield United manager Micky Adams is expected to keep faith with his youngsters for the home clash with Bristol City. Teenagers Harry Maguire and Jonathan Slew made their full debuts in last week's defeat at Preston, while Danny Philiskirk, son of former Blades striker Tony, made his first appearance as a second-half substitute. The Blades could be relegated this weekend if they lose and Crystal Palace beat Doncaster and as Adams already has one eye on next season, all three could retain their place in the side. Defender Joe Mattock, on loan from West Brom, is available again after missing out last week with a groin strain, but strikers Richard Cresswell (groin/Achilles) and Ched Evans (knee) remain sidelined after missing the last four and three games respectively. Adams has no other new injury or suspension problems as his side look to stave off the drop.
