Patrick Kenny was born in Halifax, West Yorkshire in 1978. However he also qualifies to play for Ireland as both of his parents are of Irish descent. He has 6 caps for Ireland and is currently number 2. He began his career at Bradford Park Avenue but the following season he left to play for Bury. He made 145 appearances before leaving the club in 2002.
