Fabiano impressed with Spurs

Sevilla striker Luis Fabiano has dropped a hint that he may be prepared to consider signing for Premier League side Tottenham Hotspur.

The Brazil international, who represented his nation at this summer's World Cup finals, has admitted he has been impressed with the progression the White Hart Lane outfit are demonstrating.

Spurs will enter the Champions League qualifying round for the first time in the club's history after finishing their domestic campaign in fourth place and the 29-year-old striker has admitted Harry Redknapp's side are catching his eye.

Speaking to ESPN, he said: "I must admit it's only in the last few weeks I have understood just how big Spurs' ambition is."
