Del Nido: Sevilla chasing title

Sevilla president Jose Maria Del Nido has admitted that his club are targeting the Primera Liga title this season.

Del Nido's side are currently in third place in the table behind Barcelona and Real Madrid, four points behind leaders Barca.

The Sevilla chief told Marca: "I've said personally that winning the league is our aim.

"The opportunity will present itself and, when it does, Sevilla will be there. In the last few years we have fought to continue giving glory to this club.

"Without a shadow of a doubt, it is one of the objectives of our board of directors and maybe we will be able to achieve it."
