Trotter eyes Wembley glory

On-loan Scunthorpe United midfielder Liam Trotter is relishing the chance to play at Wembley in the League One play-off final with Millwall.

The 20-year-old has scored once in 13 games since joining the Iron from Ipswich Town and has his sights firmly set on a successful end to his time at Glanford Park.

He told the Evening Telegraph: "I am not looking any further than Wembley at the moment - it is not just about showing Roy Keane what I can do.

"It is to get this club up, because I think they are one of the better clubs in the league and they deserve it.

"I have a job to do (in front of the back four), it's probably not my preference in terms of position because I prefer to be more of a box-to-box player.

"I was given a job to do though and I was pleased with the way that I did it."
