The Iron are just four points clear of the relegation zone but have the perfect opportunity to recharge their batteries before returning to their battle for survival at Ipswich on March 13. Togwell told the Scunthorpe Telegraph: "It's a chance to regroup, sort out your fitness levels and little niggling injuries and just rest really." He added: "Every team is going to get the chance to have a rest at some point over the season, but hopefully we can do it in the right way. We can get a good two weeks training under our belt, make sure everyone is fit and then get mentally ready for the battle ahead. "The team spirit is brilliant, the banter is flying and a chance to go away with the boys this week will be good. It's a chance for everyone to get together, get outside and train on what I understand to be a nice pitch. "Team bonding as well, I think, is the most important part. The goal at the end of the season is to stay up."
