Mills to remain with Iron

Scunthorpe United have extended Joseph Mills' loan spell at the club until the end of the season.

The 19-year-old defender has made eight appearances since joining the Iron on loan from Southampton in February.

He was drafted in to Glanford Park to fill the void created by an injury to regular left-back Marcus Williams and will now remain with the club until the end of the season.

Mills will also be eligible for any play-off games should United book their place in the closing weeks of the season.
