Knill up for Iron challenge

Scunthorpe manager Alan Knill took charge of his players for the first time since switching from Bury as they were hammered 6-0 at Norwich.Grant Holt scored a hat-trick and Simeon Jackson also hit three as the Canaries ran riot at Carrow Road, moving four points clear in second place in the process.Knill said: "It's the first time I've ever conceded six as a manager and the good news is I've got QPR next!"There wasn't much to enjoy here apart from managing a side at a great stadium and watching all the good play of the opposition players."I knew what I was coming into when I took the job. I've only been here a couple of days but as soon as I saw the lads in training I knew there was a lot of work to do and this has just confirmed it."It was never going to be easy because we were playing against a very good side, and we had a man sent off, but I still expected more. Heads seemed to drop and some of the goals we conceded were very poor."
