Scunthorpe United boss Nigel Adkins is considering bringing another striker into Glanford Park ahead of next week's loan deadline.
The Iron are currently six points clear at the top of the League One table with strikers Billy Sharp and on-loan Leeds forward Jermaine Beckford currently in a rich vein of form.
Adkins has been linked with a loan move for Leon Best of Southampton - who scored ten times in 15 appearances while on-loan at Yeovil earlier in the season - and the United boss has admitted he is planning to bolster his striking ranks before the window closes.
"I've always said you can never have enough strikers at a club," he told the Scunthorpe Evening Telegraph.
"I'm looking to see what is available, but I will not bring anyone in just for the sake of it."
