Scunthorpe United boss Nigel Adkins expects Joe Murphy, Kevan Hurst and Ian Morris to all agree new contracts and remain with the club.
Goalkeeper Murphy and midfielder Morris have been with the club for three years, while winger Hurst signed for the Iron two seasons ago.
"There has been plenty of private negotiations going on," Adkins told the club's official website.
"The people with us who are out of contract are Joe Murphy, Kevan Hurst and Ian Morris, who have all expressed a desire to stay with the football club.
"We've been negotiating all summer and all being well those issues will be resolved this week - all three have said they want to stay."
