Wycombe trip to open season
Scunthorpe will return to life in League One with a trip to Wycombe, as they start and finish the 2011/12 season with away games. The Iron's two-year stay in the Championship came to an end last term, with a trip to Adams Park – where the Iron have never won – await them upon their return.Home games against Lancashire duo Preston and Oldham raises the curtain at Glanford Park while they visit Sheffield Wednesday on August 27.
