Unhappy birthday for Baraclough
Scunthorpe boss Ian Baraclough branded the 3-0 defeat at Millwall as their poorest display since he took over as manager.
James Henry put the Lions ahead with a low 25-yard drive in the first half and Steve Morison hit a late double to secured a deserved with for the hosts.
Baraclough, who turned 40 on Saturday, said: "It was definitely not an ideal birthday for me and not the right result or performance. I have got nothing to crow about.
"We needed people to be brave and stand up and be counted and we didn't have nearly enough of that. We have to set our stall out when we come to places like this.
"This is the first time I have had to question my players because I am not sure if that defeat hurt them enough, especially when you are on a run of defeats like we are. This is probably the most disappointing performance since I became manager."
