The 28-year-old arrived at Glanford Park from Morecambe last summer having spent his entire career at Christie Park. He went on to make 16 starts and 10 substitute appearances as the Iron secured promotion.[LNB]But he is yet to start a game in England's second tier, with two displays from the bench to his name.[LNB]"It's been frustrating for me, like it is for any player who isn't playing," he told the Scunthorpe Telegraph. "But the manager is the one who picks the team and unfortunately for me the one he has been picking hasn't had me in there.[LNB]"I came on against QPR last week and thought I did reasonably well, so in the meantime I've just been trying to concentrate on working hard in training."[LNB]He continued: "I want to get myself back in the gaffer's plans and if that comes at Crystal Palace next Saturday, great. If not I'll bide my time and wait to get back in there."[LNB][LNB]
