Scunthorpe sweat on Neal Bishop dead leg ahead of Orient replay

Scunthorpe will hope Neal Bishop can overcome a dead leg to feature in their FA Cup replay with Leyton Orient.

The midfielder played all 90 minutes at Port Vale at the weekend, although Iron boss Mark Robins revealed he was the only new injury worry he had heading into the game.

Tommy Rowe, on loan from Wolves, is ineligible to play in the competition, though, while Gary McSheffrey (knee), David Mirfin (hamstring) and Stephen Dawson (knee) are all long-term absentees.

The winner of this tie will face Barclays Premier League champions Chelsea at Stamford Bridge.

Cole Kpekawa will have to come out of Leyton Orient's starting line-up.

The defender is ineligible to play under the terms of his loan from QPR so Frazer Shaw, who was on the bench at the weekend as a precaution due to a knock, should come into the team.

Sixteen-goal forward Jay Simpson came off in that clash but boss Ian Hendon allayed any fears it was due to an injury.

Dean Cox (knee) and Connor Essam (ankle) are both long-term absentees for the O's.
