McClenahan to leave Iron

Defender Trent McClenahan is poised to leave Glanford Park this week after the end of his three-month contract with the Iron. The Australian right-back, 25, was signed in August after impressing on trial - including playing in the Lincolnshire Senior Cup final win over Grimsby Town. "I want to play and I've not been doing that here. I'll speak to my agent to see what the future holds for me," he told BBC Radio Humberside. He made just one senior appearance for the Iron, the 3-2 Championship loss at Derby County in November.
