Knill: We can survive

Scunthorpe boss Alan Knill insists his side can defy the odds and survive relegation from the npower Championship. The Iron were thumped 6-0 at Norwich on Saturday and slipped to the foot of the table in a nightmare start to Knill's tenure. Yet the former Bury boss, who swapped Gigg Lane for Glanford Park last week, still believes his men can beat the drop. He said: "We can still stay up, there are 21 points to play for. "Until it's mathematically impossible we'll try our best to keep this club in the division. "The next seven games are massive."
