Knill tips Iron to clip Eagles` wings

Scunthorpe boss Alan Knill sees no reason why his side cannot claim maximum points from Saturday`s must-win clash with relegation rivals Crystal Palace. The Iron more than matched high-flying Reading on Tuesday night but the Royals showed their class after the break as second-half goals gave them a 2-0 win. The result left Knill`s men six points behind Palace ahead of this weekend`s pivotal showdown between the sides at Selhurst Park. Yet Knill said: "You win Saturday, you expect exactly the same again. "I wanted six points out of these two games because we were as good as Reading in the first half. "If you apply yourself like we have done, you've got every chance of taking three points on Saturday."
