Scunthorpe boss Alan Knill has paid tribute to on-loan Leeds midfielder Ramon Nunez after he extended his stay at Glanford Park until the end of the season. The 25-year-old Honduras international can now feature for Alan Knill's men in the final four games of the campaign. He has made four appearances since joining United and scored the winning goal in Saturday's vital 2-1 victory at Crystal Palace. Knill said: "Having seen him in the (Leeds) reserves and now four games for ourselves, there is no doubting he is a very talented footballer. "He never shies away from the ball and always has his head up looking for the pass or making a run. "I like the way he is asking for the ball in very tight situations and is never afraid to take on his man."
